2. Geolocation
SparkUp may use approximate or precise location data to display nearby users, improve recommendations, and provide local dating suggestions. Users may disable location access in device settings.
3. Messages and Communication
Messages between users may be stored and processed for operation of the Service, fraud prevention, spam prevention, handling complaints, and platform safety.
SparkUp does not use private messages for third-party advertising.
4. Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, and Technical Services
SparkUp may use machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence technologies, including GPT models, for profile recommendations, personalized dating feeds, improving match relevance, analyzing user activity, improving recommendation quality, and fraud or suspicious activity prevention.
Automated systems may analyze likes and dislikes, conversations and interactions, age preferences, geolocation, in-app activity, filters, and search settings.
Artificial intelligence technologies are used solely to improve Service quality, personalize recommendations, and improve matching quality.
SparkUp uses third-party analytics and infrastructure services, including Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, and Adapty. These services may automatically collect device technical data, application identifiers, in-app events, subscription and purchase data, and interaction information.
Analytics are used for improving the Application, stability analysis, subscription and purchase analytics, improving user experience, and fraud prevention.
5. Push Notifications
SparkUp may send push notifications about new messages, matches, likes, user activity, and service updates. Users may disable notifications in device settings.
6. Sharing Information with Third Parties
SparkUp does not sell personal user data. Data may be shared with analytics providers, payment processors, technical contractors, and government authorities when required by law.
7. Data Protection
SparkUp uses organizational and technical measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, modification, disclosure, and destruction.
8. Data Retention
Data is stored for the period necessary for operation of the Service, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and platform safety.

Users may delete their accounts directly inside the Application. After deletion, data may be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
